Who are we?
The company is directed by Howard Coakley, English Language Consultant and Copywriter. Howard has an Exeter University Honours Degree in English Language and Linguistics. He has extensive experience in the specific areas of Advertising, Reports, Sales, Customer Contact, Customer Care and Internal Affairs. This experience was wholly acquired during 25 years at the 'sharp end', working for a wide variety of customer-facing organisations. Howard is also a qualified TESOL/TEFL teacher and is currently involved in the design and delivery of training courses in Diversity and Customer Care for staff and managers.
